Outbound Sales Producer

Salary - 4.8M JPY base + commission with target of 10-15M JPY) | Full Time | 35 Hours | Japan


 

About the Role

We are hiring a driven and results-oriented Outbound Sales Producer to join our team.

The Outbound Sales Producer will be directly involved in prospecting and building relationships with SaaS and Fintech companies, helping them secure their operations by offering cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions.

This role involves engaging potential clients through outbound calls, identifying their security challenges, and providing tailored solutions. You will be at the forefront of expanding our client base and driving business growth for Secure SaaS.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute a strategic outbound sales plan.
  • Initiate outbound calls and follow-ups with business leaders, creating meaningful conversations about their cybersecurity needs.
  • Identify potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule discovery calls.
  • Present Secure SaaS services and solutions to address the key challenges of SaaS and Fintech businesses.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-up and data accuracy.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and security threats in the SaaS and Fintech sectors to better position Secure SaaS's solutions.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in a sales role, preferably with a focus on outbound calls and client acquisition (minimum 2 years experience).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • An understanding of SaaS, Fintech, or cybersecurity concepts is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using HubSpot or other CRM to manage and track leads.

  • Salary - Competitive, with performance-based bonuses
